OVERVIEW
The Forefront Advanced Pollution-reduction Technology (APT) Burner is a rugged industrial package burner designed to meet the increasing demands for Ultra Low NOx applications. It is a fully modulating nozzle-mix burner. We have performed Advanced computational analysis (CFD) and experimentations to develop a superior but simple mixing strategy to reduce the emission generated by the burner.
The burner is ideal for many industrial applications including:
- Ultra-low NOx (<30 and <20 ppm)
- Air heaters, ovens, dryers, and kilns
- Process heaters, small boilers, and industrial furnaces

FEATURES
The standard burner includes an all-steel burner housing, top mounted fan assembly with integral air damper, stainless steel burner throat, direct spark ignitor, combustion air switch, gas valve, and actuator. A flame rod or a UV scanner can be used for flame detection. Various burner configurations and fuel option are available. APT burners can be adapted to different air/fuel control schemes, such as fixed air, single point positioning with cam valve, and parallel positioning.
